In my opinion, the best outcome in any business relationship is where everyone wins… AND you can do something EXTRA for your community!

It all starts with service. As a merchant, you want great customer service. You want your equipment to work when you use it. You don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for credit card processing because that cuts into your bottom line.
VCCP is a boutique business. We have a small TEAM, but most likely, you will be working with me. I’m a workaholic, so I’m usually available to assist you and answer your questions. When I’m sleeping or volunteering, another TEAM member should be available to help you. Once you are onboarded as a merchant, you will have access to your personalized online dashboard where you can view all of your transactions. The dashboard is intuitive and makes managing your business a breeze.
Our equipment is state of the art and we can offer you many options depending on what you need and what type of business you are running. We have physical devices, as well as apps to turn your phone or tablet into a merchant terminal. Of course, we also have a virtual terminal for your business on the go, which can be accessed from a laptop or smart device. We also have plugins so you can easily accept credit card payments on your eCommerce website.
Our pricing model is simple. For most of our clients, we utilize interchange-plus which is composed of my business wholesale cost, plus a fixed percentage for my services (which covers my bills and payroll). IC-plus allows you to have a LOWER overall cost, especially when compared to a flat-rate pricing model offered by many of those popular companies.
Now, my favorite part of the puzzle. From my youth, I was instilled with the idea of giving back to the community. I was taught to SHARE! The goal with VCCP is to create a service so valuable to YOU, that you will partner with us, and ALSO refer us to all of your business connections.
VCCP is dedicated to allocating 10% of our profits to be donated to charity. We are starting with, The Burrito Project, here in California. My hope and dream is that this 10% pool will grow so large that we can start supporting charities across North America. I’m sure we can do this by partnering with one enlightened merchant at a time.
